CAE - Cyflwyniad

Acronym Cymraeg yw CAE, sy’n golygu Cronfa Arbrofol Eryri, a chyfeirir at y Gronfa honno fel ‘Sustainable Development Fund’ yn Saesneg. Mae’n gronfa o £206,000 y flwyddyn sy’n cael ei gweinyddu gan Awdurdod Parc Cenedlaethol Eryri ar ran Llywodraeth Cynulliad Cymru. Diben y gronfa hon yw cefnogi prosiectau fydd yn helpu i wella ansawdd bywyd yn y Parc Cenedlaethol.

CAE - Introduction

yr egwyddorion cynaladwyedd y mae dyletswydd ar Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru i’w hyrwyddo o dan y pwerau a osodwyd arno gan Ddeddf Llywodraeth Cymru 1998. Mae’r cynllun hwn yn ceisio arloesedd, a bydd yn annog amrywiaeth eang o brosiectau.

Welsh is the acronym CAE, which means Cronfa and refers to that Fund as a 'Sustainable Development Fund' in English. It is the fund of £ 206,000 per annum which is administered by Snowdonia National Park Authority on behalf of the Welsh Assembly Government. The purpose of this fund is to support projects that will help improve the quality of life in the National Park.

Shell Islands Restaurant was converted from an old barn. The high beams are still easily visible and the carpenters codes for his joints are still easily visible.

Traditional Sunday lunch comprises of a a choice of a starter usually Melon, Soup of the Day or Fruit Juice, followed by a choice of main course. Always Roast beef and usually roast Welsh Lamb (once a month Roast Pork) accompanied by the usual Yorkshire pudding, horseradish sauce, mint sauce etc. and fresh vegetables. A choice of sweet from the trolley and coffee and mints all for the princely some of £13.50 per adult and £9.00 for children. We are the busiest restaurant for miles for Sunday lunch - we do not compromise quality for price !
